Confluence
Gallery
has
flourished since 1988 as a hub of the arts community in Twisp,
Washington. The gallery holds seven group and individual exhibits
each year, showcasing the work of local and regional artists
from North Central Washington. Special exhibitions draw from
farther a field, highlighting noteworthy artists from the
Pacific Northwest.
The gallery is a center of cultural activities in the Methow
Valley, hosting lectures, film screenings, art classes and
music concerts in an intimate setting.
One of few non-profit art galleries in the country, Confluence
is intertwined in its community, as a gathering place for
reading and discussion groups and for art classes for children
and adults.
Open Wednesdays
through Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm.
Confluence
Gallery's Gift Shop
is filled with one-of-a-kind handcrafted items made by
local and regional artists and craftspeople. The inventory
is varied and often changes to supplement the theme of
the current exhibit. Shopping in the Gift Shop is an exciting
way to buy gifts any time of the year. It is also a great
way to support local artists.
Items you'll be sure to find in the Gift Shop include
cards, prints and original works of art; pottery, glass,
and jewelry; books and music by local authors and musicians. |
