2009 Confluence Gallery & Art Center Benefit Dinner

Tickets are available until Nov. 25 for Confluence Galley & Art Center’s annual Holiday Benefit Dinner on Dec. 5 at the Winthrop Barn.

The evening features music by Terry Hunt, a multi-course dinner, and complimentary beverages. The theme is “Warm Winter Nights” and Gail Caesar-Fasse will design an atmosphere of warmth and welcome.

The meal by chef Jo Hanson includes Caesar salad, a choice of New York strip steak Bourguignon served with creamed potatoes and green beans Provencal, or a vegetarian entree of butternut squash and chard manicotti with bechamel sauce, accompanied by a roasted vegetable pilaf. Chocolate ganache cake with a raspberry Chambord sauce completes the meal.

The Holiday Benefit Dinner is 5-9 p.m. and tickets are $55 per person. Due to limited seating, reservations are required. Tickets may be purchased at Confluence Gallery & Art Center, 104 Glover St., Twisp, or by calling the gallery at 997-2787.
